Moundtown is an ongoing photo project. These photographs profile different mounds, which are found in their natural habitat outdoors. When I collect enough mound photo's I display them in a gallery with a live mound installation.
All mounds in the series are rare and unique characters captured in a fleeting moment of their existence because no mound is permanent. They are made naturally from dirt, snow, sand, wood chips, and other pile ups of stuff that we see in the corners of our world everyday. Look around- you may just catch one staring back at you.
